Creating new opportunities for specific training and employment in ATOS IT Solutions and Services EOOD

The implementation of this project will satisfy the need to acquire specific knowledge for specific jobs at ATOS IT Solutions and Services EOOD. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and quality of work and to create conditions for sustainable employment by enhancing the skills and capabilities of key employees in the company by including relevant professionals in workplace specific training. Project target groups include: - 2 inactive and / or unemployed person up to 29 years of age; -210 Employees working in priority sector based on knowledge The activities included in the project are related to the inclusion of inactive / unemployed persons and employees in the two enterprises in training specific to specific jobs, as well as inclusion of the successfully trained inactive / unemployed (with a certificate) in non-subsidized employment. The activities described will have a direct impact on increasing the personal engagement of those who will be able to learn new knowledge and thus become more competitive and attractive on the labor market. In addition, the project includes activities targeting young people up to 29 years of age who will be able to increase their skills and knowledge in a specific area and be included in sustainable employment in a forward-looking company in business process outsourcing and exported financial and accounting services. With the implementation of this project, the applicant will contribute to the improvement of the quality of the workforce, which will be manifested in the following directions: - increased skills of key personnel and higher labor productivity with direct effect on financial indicators and profit of company.
