"SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAM IN TELEKABEL AD"

- THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE of the project proposal is to increase the productivity of labor in Telekabel AD and the adaptability of the company employees by creating conditions for sustainable employment through development, testing and implementation of a specific training program in the company. - THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT: = To provide ongoing training in Telekabel AD in accordance with the specific needs of the company; = Provide prerequisites for career development of inactive / unemployed persons wishing to start professional development by providing modern training tailored to the specific needs of the company. - The project includes the following activities and measures: Initially an external consultant will be hired to develop the specific training program, coordinate the implementation of the training activities, and implement the final product in the company. Within the framework of the project 5 trainings will be implemented for a total of 580 hours involving 118 employees and 2 inactive / unemployed persons up to 29 years of age. Three of the trainings are targeted at company-specific new technologies and processes: TRAINING IN OPTICAL NETWORK OPERATION; TRAINING IN CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF NETWORKS AND SERVICES BY THE COMPANY; WORKING WITH THE NEW CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. One training is aimed at introducing an entirely new business model integrating all units and departments: TRAINING IN CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES. The 5th training is aimed at improving the skills of using specific English language in 3 different groups. In the preparation of the programs consultants from the hired companies in coordination with the main consultant will carry out studies and adapt each module to the needs of the company. Part of the training sessions will be filmed and uploaded to the in-house website. Under the project an unemployed / inactive person under the age of 29 will be employed for 6 months in the company.
