Specific trainings to ensure development and sustainable employment in BCC-95

The present project is a next step in the strategy and the coming actions of BCC-95 Ltd for the development of the human resources in the enterprise. The purpose of the project is to improve the conditions for sustainable employment and increase the labor productivity in BCC-95 Ltd through conducting business-specific and work-related actions, which determines the most effective production trainings. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: 1. Ensure continuing training of employees for specific jobs defined by the specific needs of the enterprise. 2. Providing opportunities for employment of inactive/unemployed persons and their professional development through specific training according to the specific needs of the enterprise. The project will be implemented through the four activities for "Inclusion of employees in workplace specific training" (for workstations for operators of: electrostatic powder coating instalation , packing line, press machine , sheet-bending machine, tube bending machine, injection molding machine and operator of an in-house business management system (ERP), as well as through the activities of "Inclusion of inactive / unemployed persons in specific workplace specific training" and "Involvement of successful graduates trained inactive/unemployed (with achieved certificate) in unsubsidised employment in BCC-95 Ltd. ". As a result of the project: 1. There will be specific training courses and a qualification for acquired 56 employees from BCC-95 Ltd. 2. They will undergo specific training and receive a qualification certificate for 2 inactive / unemployed persons up to 29 years of age. 3. There will be hired to work 2 unemployed / unemployed persons up to 29 years of age in BCC-95 LTD. 4. Betterment the conditions for improving the sustainability of the employment in the enterprise. 5. The conditions for increasing the productivity of the labor and the successful development of the enterprise will be improved.
