Specific training at "AS Systems" OOD

"AS Systems"OOD is an enterprise that successfully carries its economic activity in the high tech and ICT based sectors as a leading software developer and information services provider. The project proposal will be implemented under Component II.The overall aim of the project is to increase the productivity of the employees of "AS Systems"OOD and to create suitable conditions for adaptation and sustainable employment through upgrading and acquisition of new specific skills and qualifications by the employed and unemployed / inactive persons up to 29, included in the project, providing a new job position for the successfully trained unemployed person. The target groups are the current employees of "AS Systems"OOD and an unemployed / inactive person.The activities are aimed at the current employees in the enterprise and the unemployed / inactive person up to 29 years of age, and include specific workplace trainings and inclusion of the successfully completed training of the inactive / unemployed person in employment. The main problems identified by the project are related to the lower labor productivity of the employees due to poor knowledge of new techniques, work-flow in specific tasks, the need for employees to achieve their job goals in terms of quality, speed, need to adapt to the specific requirements of the workplace of new persons for the company. The project expected effects are: • Increased labor productivity, quality and more sustainable employment on the basis of acquired new and advanced knowledge, qualification for working with new methods, technologies. • successful adaptation of the future employee – position for “Programmer, software applications” of the inactive person, provided equal start for career development and acquired knowledge and qualification according to the real needs of the workplace • Sustainable entry into the labor market of an unemployed person • Established conditions for sustainable employment in the enterprise
