Trainings to master and rationalize for business applications

With the implementation of the project, 10 persons under the age of 29. The company has 8 staff who have experience in programming. Through the implementation of the project, the busy and newly recruited staff will undergo training to master and rationalize business applications, which will build specific skills in individuals as they will acquire knowledge that will make people close to IT specialists. A team of experienced specialists will be hired to implement the project to manage, coordinate and account for all project activities. The team will assist in the implementation of the recruitment activity and subsequently organize and monitor the quality of the training of the persons. In order to implement the project, a selection procedure will be carried out for a contractor who can carry out such training. With the implementation of the project, the core and specific objectives of CTC Software will be fulfilled for the selection and training of individuals to develop as professionals in the IT sphere. The management of the company intends to keep the jobs of all newcomers for a minimum of 6 months. During this time, they will be able to use the knowledge they have learned by going through in-house training to build the people as experts in the field of activity.
