The project "Providing specific training for increasing labor productivity and creating conditions for sustainable employment of the employees of "NG bakery" Ltd." has as main objective "To increase the productivity in "NG bakery" Ltd, by providing the opportunity for company and work-specific training to create sustainable employment for current and newly recruited staff. " To achieve the overall goal, the following Specific Objectives are formulated: 1. To provide the opportunity to create new specific knowledge and skills of a total of 29 employees in "NG bakery" Ltd. in a promising field of professional realization such as confectionery. 2. Provide conditions for sustainable employment and professional realization of 1 young person up to 29 years of age in confectionery. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Ensuring the sustainable employment of unemployed / inactive young people; 2. Implementation of specific training on Application of innovative methods and techniques for preparation, design and presentation of cakes. By implementing these activities the following results will be achieved: 1) One of the leading companies in the production of cakes and sweets in Blagoevgrad will increase the specific skills for the production of cakes by a unique method and technology; 2) A total of 29 persons employed in different positions will undergo specific training on Application of innovative methods and techniques for preparing, designing and presenting cakes. 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employed in the labor market will be ensured, meeting the needs of the confectionery business.
