Trainings for success

Through the implementation of this project, the need to acquire specific knowledge for employees in the sector of Catering and Healthy Nutrition at Master-Peak EAD will be met. The overall objective of the project is to increase the productivity and quality of work in the company and to create conditions for sustainable employment by enhancing the skills and capabilities of the employees in the company by including them in specific vocational trainings. Our target groups include: -2 young inactive and / or unemployed persons up to 29 years of age. -167 company employees. Project activities include specific vocational trainings for company employees and specific vocational training for inactive / unemployed persons, as well as the inclusion of at least 50% of the successfully trained non-active / unemployed (with a certificate) in non-subsidized employment. The activities described will have a direct impact on the increase of the personal professional growth of the persons who will be able to acquire new knowledge and thus become more competitive and adaptable to the labor market but will also contribute to increasing the competitor's competitiveness and create prerequisites for the development and creation of additional sustainable jobs. In addition, the project includes activities targeting young people up to 29 years of age who will be able to increase their skills and knowledge in a specific area and thus remain in a promising company in a fast-growing, attractive sector. With the implementation of this project, we will contribute to the improvement of the quality of the workforce, which will be manifested in the following directions: increased skills of key personnel and achieving higher labor productivity, with a direct effect on the financial indicators and profits of the company .
