Increasing employees’ productivity, adaptation and professional competency at L-Class Ltd.

The aim of this project is to increase employee's productivity, adaptation and professional competency at L-Class Ltd; to create new employment opportunities and to create sustainable jobs. The specific goals concern knowledge skill and competency gains of the company’s employees and inactive/unemployed people for the usage of modern methods, technologies and tools for the development, improvement, implementation and support of software systems and also giving career growth and employment possibilities for inactive/unemployed people. In order to achieve these goals L-Class Ltd. will start activities for inclusion of employed and inactive/unemployed people up to 29 years of age in specific for the work place trainings and specialized language courses and inclusion of the successfully completed these courses inactive/unemployed people in unsubsidized employment at L-Class Ltd. The implementation of the foreseen activities in this project will lead to an increase in quality and productivity of the workforce at L-Class Ltd, providing adequate knowledge for inactive/unemployed people for jobs containing new methods and technologies, professional opportunities and the creation of sustainable employment.
