Specialists training in Musala Soft JSC

The project includes training of specialists from 3 main target groups: INACTIVE PERSONS. The plan includes training of 20 people and subsequent hiring of at least 10 of them. Specialized Programming courses will be conducted in Java Enterprise Edition environment in international and geographically distributed teams; Application of relational and non-relational database management systems in enterprise software projects is also included. JUNIOR EMPLOYEES. Training of 45 junior specialists in key areas such as Modern Technologies for building enterprise-scale web based information systems - Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS, Node JS, React, Polymer, Container Platforms - Docker, Kubernetes; Technologies and techniques for quality assurance from programmer`s point of view for developing complex systems; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for large-scale software projects and more. SPECIALISTS. The project envisages further development of the knowledge and abilities of 35 specialists through specialized IoT Frameworks, software technologies, libraries and protocols. They will have the opportunity to learn how to develop smart home solutions with the Open HAB platform and apply approaches to achieving modularity of solutions - OSGi, Jigsaw spec., etc.; Modern integration platforms and micro services will also be presented. In addition the training will include Parallel, competitive and distributed architectures; Big Data and Machine Learning; Artificial Intelligence and Assisted Intelligence - Comparison, Differences, Common Features; Critical Elements and Difficulties in Applying Agile Development to Large-scale Geographically Separated Projects. Apart from the traditional approaches such as lectures and practical lessons, the project will apply the latest methods of e-learning, including online content, remote work on project assignments and their verification through dedicated Internet platforms.
