"Hememond" is a medium-sized enterprise, an employer from Sofia, developing its activity in the field of ICT, in a priority for the procedure area of economic activity. The project proposal provides activities for conducting specific training to the applicant's activities of 32 company employees and 4 newcomers. The applicant will provide employment for newcomers for a period of 6 m. and will retain at least 50% of newly created jobs. The specific training provided is directly necessary for employees to fulfill their ICT and high-tech work commitments and includes training on "Modern Software Development Technologies" and "Automated Software Testing". The company recognizes the fact that high labor productivity is a consequence of the quality of workforce and motivation to work, through the continuous development of skills, according to the current needs of the business. During the implementation of the project the compulsory indirect activities will be implemented: organization and management, information and communication.The envisaged activities will lead to the achievement of the project proposal objectives related to increasing labor productivity and adaptability and creating conditions for sustainable employment, by providing opportunities for inclusion in specific trainings.The implementation of this project is in direct line with the applicant's development strategy and will contribute to the faster fulfillment of the set goals related to the adequate meeting of the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of technological changes and globalization. The policy of the company is to take care of maintaining and acquiring new skills of its employees, corresponding to the requirements of the employer and the market where the company operates - an international IT services market. The implementation of the project proposal will create conditions for the dissemination and introduction of good practices in the field of continuing education
