"Multiprofile hospital for active health "Saint Marina", Pleven- the place where the innovations meet specificity"

The main objective of the project, developed by the team of "Sveta Marina" - Pleven OOD, is to increase labor productivity and adaptability in the enterprise and to create conditions for professional development of the personnel by providing modern and specific trainings. Each of the planned trainings is tailored to the real needs of the specific workplace and the specifics of the work of the specialists employed in the different spheres of human health. The main objective will be achieved by including a total of 77 specialists in workplace specific trainings as well as specific foreign languages ​​grouped according to their specifics: 1) High-intensity focused ultrasound "HIFU" training; 2) Training for CT-128-computerized tomography; 3) Training for use of ultrasound devices for diagnostics and Doppler measurement 4) Training for the application of innovative methods (endoscopic) for diagnostics in gastroenterology; 5) Training for the use of innovatory laparoscopic methods for gynecology treatment;6) Training for the application of innovative methods (endoscopic) in the field of urology and surgery; 7) Training for the management of all equipment in the operating room from a single starting point as well as training for equipment management, documentation and patient tools through the information room in the intensive care room; 8) Training for reporting the used drugs and consumables in the Innovative Information System of the Hospital;9) Training for inclusion of new modules in the information system; 10) Training to work with "Fusion imaging" system to merge images of different types of devices, virtual navigation and GPS biopsy. 11) Medical English for nurses and medical English for doctors who are already practicing on the international stage. The project will be implemented in the town of Pleven and will last for 14 months.
