Providing specific trainings for unemployed and employed persons in KBROB.NET Ltd.

The project is aimed at providing opportunities for specific training in KBROD.NET Ltd. to increase labor productivity, adaptability and creation of conditions for sustainable employment, by providing prerequisites for career development of unemployed persons, as well as providing ongoing training for the employees already in the KBROD.NET Ltd. aims to expand and improve its core business, which is the delivery of Internet and digital TV, as well as the maintenance of computer systems. The need for qualified and trained staff in this field is of the utmost importance. The target group of the project is 9 unemployed/inactive persons up to 29 and 6 employees. The project will enable the target group to acquire specific knowledge and skills for the implementation of activities that are of current necessity and are applicable to their current and future job and qualifications related to the specifics of the activity. The following activities are planned: A1: On of inactive / unemployed people in workplace specific training sessions. is the acquisition of qualification of 9 unemployed persons in the field of optical and telecommunication networks; A2: On. of employees in work-specific training sessions. is the acquisition of qualification of 6 employees in the field of optical and telecommunication networks; A3: On of successfully completed inactive / unemployed (certified) training in non-subsidized employment with employer-res. 5 persons are employed; A4: Org. and management. of the project; A5: Information. and publicity; As a result of the implementation of the project activities, the productivity of the work will be improved, the adequacy of the target group's skills according to the actual needs of the enterprise and according to their occupation, in order to preserve their jobs and to hire new ones from unemployed or inactive persons interest in working in the sphere, as well as providing qualified personnel at KBROD.NET Ltd.
