Specific trainings for IT project management and business services in HP Inc Bulgaria EOOD

In this project proposal specific training events in the area of IT are envisaged with a view to improving the capacity of the employees of HP Inc Bulgaria , as well as that of inactive/unemployed persons no older than 29 years, to face the coming rapid changes on the labour market against the background of dynamic global processes of restructuring and outsourcing with a view to maintaining the level of competitiveness, enhancing the quality and the added value of the services provided by the Company, while keeping an optimal cost-price ratio. The trainings are aimed at the specific needs of the target groups – 80 employees and 4 inactive/unemployed no older than 29 years. Individuals will be included in the trainings with a view to the specificity of their work and their needs to improve their knowledge and skills. Two of the inactive/unemployed persons will be offered employment. The trainings included in this project proposal are company- and sector-specific and are in line with the established needs of HP Inc Bulgaria, namely to enhance the qualifications for the practiced profession, as well as to create opportunities for progression to the next management level. With a view to achieving best results, the choice of activities was driven primarily by the needs identified with the project target groups, as well as by the objectives of this procedure. Activities are selected in such a way as to ensure the achievement of the objectives, outcomes and indicators included in the project proposal and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of this procedure. As a result of implementing this Project the following outcomes will be achieved:Enhanced knowledge and skills of 80 employees of HP Inc Bulgaria and 4 inactive/unemployed persons no older than 29 years, through their inclusion in specific trainings; Employment provided to 2 inactive/unemployed persons;Enhanced efficiency and productivity of staff in HP Inc Bulgaria and created sustainable employment.
