The dynamic development of the high-tech sector and aviation, security, and IT industries’ legislation, in which we are developing our business, places high demands on the qualifications of our employees. One of the main instruments for tackling these challenges is implementing a lifelong learning culture, which we have strived to do since our business was established, as is clear from the data and documents included in the project proposal. The actual needs which will be fulfilled by executing the project, the target groups and aims are: -improving the language and professional qualification of employees through carrying out trainings complying with the specifics of our business, providing further enhancements to our knowledge and skills in pre-sales, sales and after-sales service of high-tech equipment based on ICT; -providing prerequisites for career and professional development in our industry to one unemployed person aged 29 or less by providing contemporary training Expected results and main activities Employees–improve quality and reliability while executing processes key to the success of our business; personal development of the learners; improved individual performance; expanded possibilities for career development through:a) specialised foreign language training in business English in the domain of non-intrusive inspection systems (NIIS);b) specific trainings: measurement and management of risk in NIIS investment projects; management of NIIS maintenance services; writing up NIIS technical and training documentation. Unemployed/inactive person – increase possibility for social integration; professional confidence and subsequent employment in the position Junior Accountant through: a) specialised foreign language training in business English for financiers and accountants in the NIIS domain; b) specific trainings for measurement and management of risk in NIIS investment projects.
