Successful start for own business

The project proposal will satisfied the need for training a larger number of prospective entrepreneurs to start their own business and thus to ensure creating sustainable jobs through self-employment. The overall objective of the project is to prepare individuals who wish to start their own business, including unemployed and inactive employees, as well as employed people. The main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: - To raise awareness and motivation of individuals targeted for inclusion in the planned project activities by organizing motivational campaigns in each of the 5 regional centers in the area of planning, where the project will be implemented; - To increase the knowledge and competencies of the target groups to start their own business through participation in specialized training; - To provide access to expert consulting assistance through individual and group consultations made by specialists in various areas of business; - To improve the quality of living and wages of representatives from the target group who start their own business; - To reveal more sustainable and quality jobs through self-employment and development of real business into new market niches. Target groups include 500 persons, 400 of them - unemployed and inactive people and 100 - employed. The main project activities are linked to motivate and inform the representatives of the target groups for inclusion in the project, specialized training for entrepreneurship, as well as individual and group counseling for starting a business. As a result of the project we expect t500 representatives of target groups to be trained and at least 25% of them to register companies and start their own business within 1 month after project completion.
