Ideas in action

The Ideas in Action project is a tool to help people who have their own dreams and ideas for their own business. The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) monitoring report for 2015 notes that only 3.5% of Bulgarians are engaged in entrepreneurship, and that much of these initiatives prove to be successful and become a stable business. The survey also states that the reason for the low entrepreneurial activity among Bulgarians is the lack of adequate education and state support, but the advantage is the accessible physical infrastructure and services. The goal of the Ideas in Action project is to know the environment and the factors that affect the business locally to help potential entrepreneurs get the necessary professional support to implement their ideas in practice. In the "Ideas in Action" project, professional support will be implemented in line with the EU Action Plan "Entrepreneurship Action Plan 2020" (COM (2012) 795 final) by implementing the measures of each of the three pillars of the Plan, Namely: - motivation and training for entrepreneurship to acquire business skills, key business competencies and business mindset, - adequate counseling for the viability of ideas, informing about access to financial resources for starting and developing their own business in the first Moments of essence faced in the company and the practical steps and legal requirements for the implementation of business - providing support for starting a real business and finding appropriate sources of funding, access to services and mentoring for business development through the implementation of ideas in practice. The project will be implemented in all 5 regions of the South-West region: Sofia-city, Sofia region, Pernik, Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad.
