«FROM THE IDEA TO THE MONEY» with Andolito Consult Bulgaria Ltd.

The project will prepare 110 people /P/ from South Central Region, having ideas with potential for business development, supported in the process “From the idea to the money” through provided professional education and consultancy from highly qualified experts with experience in developing entrepreneurial skills and effective start-ups, transforming every viable innovation from idea, in concrete, active enterprise in the local market. It contributes to the smart growth and economy, based on knowledge. With its completion there will be 110 prepared receivers of the financial instruments / FI/, provided by OP HRD 2014 -2020. The candidate will fulfill in Plovdiv and Pazardzhik a package of activities. The applicant has a proven experience in Activity 3. The Target group consists of 110 participants in working age, from which 77 unemployed (incl. IA103- 38P). 88 P from vulnerable group A, 22P – Group B, described in details in section 11.4. During project`s implementation, a motivational campaign will be organized and conducted (25 meetings/on-line performances), for selection of 110 P with entrepreneurial attitude and business ideas, eligible final beneficiaries of FI. Every person from the TG will undergo trough 40 h individual consultations –Module I "Institutional phase". The output of Module I will be- applicants for financing with “Microloan with shared risk”, prepared with developed business plan and documents for application. With completion of Module 1 – 72P will be included in Module II and will undergo 180 h Training in part of profession 3450501-SME /in groups of 9P/. The project is secured financially, organizationally and technically - taking into consideration the requirements for information and publicity on the aid provided by ESF. The three mandatory horizontal principles are implemented.
