"Support for the development of entrepreneurial ideas to start their own business"

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms in support to start their own business and entrepreneurship development. The project addresses the intentions and initiatives in the context scheduling objectives and priorities of HRD OP 2014-2020, and aims to support the unemployed and / or inactive people and employed people wishing to secure employment through self-employment, by providing them with training entrepreneurship and business management and provide them with expert consulting services related to the development of initiatives and creative entrepreneurial thinking business idea and start independent economic activity- based on their interests in their chosen field conversion and support for the development of realistic business plans. Persons from the target group will provide advice and guidance to specific funding programs to obtain financial resources to start their own business, including and financial instruments made with funds from OP HRD 2014-2020, Main activities provided in the project proposal are: -Informirane and motivation to develop their own business and entrepreneurship; -Providing specialized training related to entrepreneurship, business management and implementation of business ideas; -Providing of consultancy services for preparing and starting their own business; -Vizualizatsiya, information and publicity; -Organization and Management of the project. The activities are aimed at reaching out to different groups in the labor market, as well as groups more difficult and rarely start entrepreneurial activity, and providing equal opportunities for women, young people, older people, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, unemployed, inactive persons and persons in employment. The main objective of the project is aimed at preparing individuals wishing to develop their own business planning and start their own business and self-employment.
