Startup towards perfection

The project proposal is designed with the idea the planned activities to correspond fully with the main purpose of the procedure: training people, who want to have their oun bussines; planning and starting their oun bussines activity and self-employment. This objective will be accomplished through the following activities: - Informing and motivating for develloping own bussines; - Provide a complex of trainings and services, which will help the target groups with the development of their entrepreneurial ideas, acquisition of knowledge and skills, which are needed for the business management and elaboration business ideas in a viable plans for realisation in the real bussines; - Providing support for starting real bussines and finding suitable sources for financing, access to services and mentoring bussines development. The described activities will be adress to the target group: people, who want to start their own bussines, in including unemployed, working and young people under age 29. In the planned project activities will be included 40 persons, and minimum 28 (70 %) will be unemployed and inactive people. As a result of the described activities the following result will be achieved: - Increased awareness and motivation for unemployed, inactive and employed people for starting bussines; - Development entrepreneurial skills for the people in the target group; - Elaboration of quality bussines plans, which will apply for finansing, needed for their bussines plans realization; - Creating new working places through starting new bussines. Planned activities will fully contribute to the implementation of the Priority axis 1 invest. Priority 3: sustainable integration in the labor market for young people; and invest. Priority 5: self-employment, entrepreneurship and creation of businesses, including innovative micro-, small and medium enterprises.
