Enterpreneurship – guarantee for participating in the labor market

Realization of the project – Enterpreneurship – guarantee for participating in the labor market will give an opportunity to the target group to participate in the project to take part in specialized educations and consultations as a successful model for achieving professional knowledge and competence in the field of entrepreneurship as well as setting up a business through self-employment. Duration of the project – 15 months. Target group of the project – 100 unemployed persons as well as employees up to 29 years of age and over 29 years old, different sexes, age, ethnicity, from Plovdiv and Pazardjik regions, including 70% -30 persons up to 29 years of age and 40 persons over 29 years old, unemployed registered in Directorate “ Labor Office”and 30persons employed . Due to the support these persons will be able to develop their own business and will receive information about the opportunities connected with financing their business plans. 100 representatives from the target group will be chosen after 16 information and motivation meetings. 50 persons will be chosen for specialized education and 50 more that will be given consultations in terms of the activities included. The expected results are: - 100 persons will receive support in terms of education and consultations - 100 persons will achieve enterpreneuership knowledge and skills - 50 persons will be educated in specialized courses in entrepreneurship - 50 persons will receive individual consultations - 100 developed business plans - 25% of the target group has found the right necessary entrepreneurship method for realization of their business ideas and business plans in a real business by starting business and opportunities for financial access. The fulfilment of the planned activities will contribute to realization of the target group on the labor market in the conditions of dynamic market economy with purpose of creating stable workplaces and increasing employment.
