Young entrepreneurs prepared for a business of their own

The main objective of the project proposal is preparation of young entrepreneurs - unemployed, inactive and employed, for planning, launching and developing of an own business. The target group covers a total of 120 persons from North Eastern region of Bulgaria, wishing to start their own business. The project contains three main activities aimed at the implementation of specific objectives, each of which will be realized in all areas of North Eastern region - Dobrich, Varna, Shumen and Targovishte. The first activity will encompass all 120 members of the target group, which will be included in motivational events. The presentation of stories of successful entrepreneurs, the discussions with mentors and the inclusion of the participants in a motivation training will contribute to increasing their motivation to start their own business. In the second activity 60 participants will be included in a specialised interactive training aimed at development of entrepreneurial, managerial and business skills and knowledge, incl. development of business plans for managing their own business. Thus they will acquire the necessary knowledge to start, plan, manage and develop own business. During the third activity 44 participants will receive support for starting real business through consultancy on business model improvement and business plan development, sources for financing of entrepreneurial ideas, participation in business networks, access to mentors and incubators, presentation and foundation of a startup. The consultations will help them take advantage of the funding opportunities provided by the EU funds, acquire basic skills to develop and manage projects and position their business well in the business environment. The project will meet the needs of the target group of higher self-confidence and self esteem, of specific knowledge and skills to launch, manage and develop their own business, of financing, presentation and networking skills.
