Sustained support for entrepreneurship of 150 persons wishing to start their own business by providing them access to information, training and consulting services in five areas of the Southwest region.

Bulgarian Association for Personal Alternative is an organization established for over a decade, with the main objective of integration of people with different needs in society. Recognizing the crucial role of successful development of entrepreneurial activity in the country and the influence that has the potential to be in the labour market and find new jobs, BAPA believes that the experience gained for over the years towards the active involvement of the labour market by people of all categories, in partnership with the Higher school of insurance and finance, with their expertise, realising this project will help achieve sustainable results towards supporting the people who want to start self-contained business and its successful management. The main objective of the project is to provide the necessary training and services related to the acquisition of specific knowledge and skills through which those who want to be able to successfully launch their own business, as a result of which there are measurable, sustainable results. The foreseen project activities are entirely focused on meeting the identified needs and the needs of the target groups that will receive support under the project. The 150 target group of the project consists of the following categories: - unemployed and inactive persons who will form 80% of the target group. - Employees who form 20% of the target group. After the analysis of the needs of both categories of people is established that their needs are different and they need support in various kinds and degrees. In order to meet the specific needs and requirements of the two categories of individual project activities are allocated to a specific category of persons and expected outcomes are aimed at achieving a common goal, namely support for booting own business by such people.
