Sustainable and quality jobs through support for entrepreneurship development

The realization of the current project proposal will contribute to the creation of quality sustainable jobs by providing support for entrepreneurial development. For this purpose, the implementation of several activities is envisaged, which will lead to the realization of the project’s main objective, namely encouraging entrepreneurial activity among the inactive/unemployed, particularly among young people under 29 years, as well as among employed persons who are willing to start their own business. The planned activities will be implemented in the Southwest planning territory, Sofia and Blagoevgrad regions, and are as follows: - Informing and motivating the development of private business and entrepreneurship through the execution of 6 information/motivation meetings; - Providing training related to the development of entrepreneurial, managerial, and business knowledge and skills, as well as skills for developing business ideas and business plans for private business management; - Providing consulting services to prepare for own business, and supporting activities. The project’s target group comprises 60 people, at least 70% of whom are representatives of the inactive/unemployed group, and the rest are employed who are willing to start their own business activity. The expected results of the project’s execution are to increase the awareness about the nature and opportunities of entrepreneurship, acquiring practical knowledge and skills for starting an own business, gaining access to quality professional advice for starting a business, and providing self-employment to at least 15 participants after the end of the project.
