Business training from New Ideas Consult Ltd.

In the project proposal of "New Aids Consult" Ltd. in partnership with "BICA CONSULT" Ltd. is planned training with business orientation of 134 persons, who fall into the group of unemployed or inactive persons, incl. persons under the age of 29, as well as employees. A detailed program is developed for the implementation of the training, which is in line with the requirements of the grant procedure. It is envisaged that 96 of the persons included in the project activities should be from the group of unemployed or inactive persons 62 of whom are under 29 years of age. It is also foreseen that 38 persons included in the project activities should be from the group of employees. The project proposal also includes information and motivation for the selection and motivation of the target groups. There is also an activity for provision of consultancy services for the preparation of independent business activities of the persons, in which directions for a specific business idea can be provided. All the salary, external services, missions, rents, etc. are included in the project proposal. Project management will be entrusted to persons with a wealth of experience in managing projects and activities similar to the activities set out in the project. The partnership of BICA CONSULT Ltd. will consist in supporting the implementation of the project activities by developing a detailed program and methodology for the implementation of the training. "AIKB CONSULT" Ltd. will not incur any expenses on the project, but rather its activity will be to assure the quality of the training, byexercising control and accountability of the trainings.
