ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF GODECH, KOSTINBROD, SVOGE, SLIVNITSA, DRAGOMAN, ELIN PELIN AND BOZHURISHTE

Correct Consulting Group company, has developed this project proposal "ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF GODECH, KOSTINBROD, SVOGE, SLIVNITSA, DRAGOMAN, ELIN PELIN AND BOZHURISHTE" in accordance with the Guidelines for application under the Procedure BG05M9OP001-1.020 "Support for Entrepreneurship" OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020. Within the project, a team of experts of the company will provide a complex of services and training courses aimed at 98 unemployed, inactive young people up to 29 years in Sofia district, who wish to start and develop their own business. The activities under the project will be implemented in the municipalities Godech, Kostinbrod, Svoge, Slivnitsa, Dragoman, Elin Pelin and Bojurishte. The project will start with the implementation of seven motivational meetings in each of the municipalities. Opportunities for realization of a business will be explained to the young people,depending on the specifics and the business climate in this region as well as ways to access European funding and initial capital. At the meetings will be invited representatives of local governments and various business networks in order to exchange experiences and best practices with the young people. After completion of the motivational campaign, in each of the seven municipalities will begin training courses for a total of 98 youths. They will be held within a period of five months. After passing the training, the young people will gain knowledge and skills required for the development of viable business ideas, and the adequate management of their own business. In the last five months of the project, with a view to sustainability of the newly founded enterprises, individual consultations related to the actual development, financing and management of their business activities, will be provided to the young people who are trained within the project.
