The New Entrepreneurs

Project offers a combination of informative, educational and consulting services in order to provide assistance and support for unemployed, inactive and employed persons, including young people up to 29 years, to start-up their own independent economic activity/business/ within the territory of the Northwest Region. Numerous actions are being undertaken to identify, inform and motivate 100 participants from the target groups and follow-up training and consulting activities for the successful implementation of their entrepreneurial intentions. The services are consistent with the individual needs of participants. New approaches and practices for professional and career counseling are being applied. Training modules are being developed, implemented and offered according to the needs to acquire knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship in relation to the specific opportunities for starting an independent business. The project will facilitate the improvement of the business environment of the Northwest Region by offering new consulting services of high quality for the successful start-up of new entrepreneurs. A sustainable network of NGOs, institutions and organizations supporting entrepreneurship in the Northwest Region is to be built and developed within the framework of the project. Proposed activities will add value to the existing local and regional economic development policies and will facilitate the improvement of the business environment, the increase of employment and reduction of poverty. All the necessary preconditions related to the successful implementation of the entrepreneurial intentions of these 35 participants of the target groups and gaining access to funding programs and institutions and starting a sustainable independent economic activity /business/ will be achieved as a result of the project implementation.
