Support for the development of entrepreneurship in the Southwest region of Bulgaria

The main objective of the project is to support the development of entrepreneurship by providing a set of training and services to the target groups contributing to their preparation for starting one's own business. The target group of this project are unemployed, inactive and employed by Southwest region, including young people aged up to 29 years, motivated to develop as entrepreneurs and want to start their own business. It is envisaged that the implementation of these activities to achieve set goals. 1 Informing and motivating the development of their own business. 2 Selection of users, prepare individual plans and organizing and conducting trainings for the development of entrepreneurial skills and business plans for managing their own business. Will organize and conduct training to develop entrepreneurial skills and develop business ideas for managing their own business. 180 persons from 5 districts of region will participate in the trainings. Teaching materials will be prepared tailored to the needs of the target groups; 3. Providing consulting services for the preparation of independent business activity.It is envisaged that 50 persons who have successfully completed the course and have a business idea to be individually consulted. After implementation of the project activities are expected the following results: Held 12 seminars for 180 representative of the target group; - selected 180 user and prepared individual plans; - prepared teaching materials 74 pcs.;- conducted training of 180 persons; - provided individual consultations to 50 people. The main indicator of the outcome of the project is 50 persons to start self-employment upon leaving the project activities.
