Sustainable integration through support for entrepreneurship

This project proposal is aimed at a minimum of 100 individuals wishing to start independent economic activity, who are representatives of the target group of unemployed and inactive people. The project activities are aimed at: - Preparation of the persons willing to develop their own business, for planning and starting independent economic activity and self-employment; - Providing a set of trainings and services to assist target groups in developing and assessing their entrepreneurial ideas, acquiring knowledge and skills needed for business management and business development, and developing business ideas in viable plans to realize real business activities; - Provide support to start a real business and find appropriate sources of funding, access to services and mentoring for business development. The above objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Informing and motivating for the development of independent economic activity and entrepreneurship; 2. Providing training related to the development of entrepreneurial, management and business knowledge and skills and developing business ideas and business plans for managing independent business activities; 3. Provision of consultancy services for the preparation of independent business activities and support activities. The activities will be carried out by a highly qualified team of specialists who will provide entrepreneurial skills development among the target group's representatives. Support for start-ups and entrepreneurship is one of the main ways of opening up sustainable and quality jobs and raising the overall level of employment in the economy. Therefore, by providing such support to those willing to start their own business, the project will promote entrepreneurship and, as a result, will ensure the creation of new jobs through self-employment.
