Complex Support for Successful Business Start in Southwest Bulgaria

The main objective of the project is raising the entrepreneurial competences, knowledge and skills and support for starting of a real and viable business of the representatives of the target groups –58 individuals: unemployed, inactive or working, incl. youths up to 29 years, women, people with disabilities, people in active working age, all those wanting to start their own business. Main activities: Implementing a campaign to inform and motivate future successful entrepreneurs from the target groups in 10 municipalities from Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad districts. Conducting 10 trainings on entrepreneurship and business planning and providing consultations in the districts of Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad in the municipalities of Rila, Kocherinovo, Blagoevgrad, Razlog, Bansko, Yakoruda, Gotse Delchev, Garmen, Hadzhidimovo and Sandanski. The training will be based on tested in practice innovative methodology of acquiring knowledge and skills to start a business, led by qualified trainers with 10+ years of experience in entrepreneurship. The consultation to start self-employment is based on individual approach, joint concrete steps in developing a business idea and accurate business planning, and search for the most suitable financing options. Expected results: Informed min. 300 representatives of the target groups, institutions and organizations, working in their support and the local communities for the benefits of the project. 150 individuals involved in forums for information amp; motivation interested in starting business, from which to choose the 58 with the highest potential and motivation for self-employment and starting own business. Trained 58 persons with acquired knowledge and skills to start and manage a successful business, 95% of them successfully completed the training Provided consultations - 2100 hours, including practical support for registration of business. 25% of the participants, have a job upon leaving, incl. as a self-employment.
