By project proposal "Providing effective support for entrepreneurship", the lead organization and the partner will perform active steps to individual support of persons, wishing to develop their own business, achieve higher and quality employment, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion. The support for starting an independent business and entrepreneurship will give new horizons for professional development of unemployed and employed persons, including young people in Southeast region. The project will focus on large information campaign, as well as training for entrepreneurship to acquire business skills essential for entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial mindset. In addition an advisory and expert support activities will be made for the target group, helping creation of an appropriate environment for entrepreneurship, by providing information for available financial resources for starting and developing a business in the first moments of existence of the company. And last but not least, effective measures will reach specific groups more difficult and rarely start entrepreneurial activity, such as women, young people, older people, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed. Also employees who have accumulated enough knowledge and experience and wish to make a new step in their careers, starting their own business will be supported. The realization of this project will support the implementation of financial instruments for starting their own business, laid under the HRD OP, on the one hand by developing entrepreneurial skills among employed and unemployed, and on the other by developing quality business plans for funding by financial institutions in order to implement their business ideas.
