"Center for Enterprenership Development - new alternative and support for people willing to start their own business"

The current project proposal aims to ensure series of trainings and services for people willing to develop their own business, including unemployed and working people and youths up to the age of 29. Preparation and providing support for starting real business and finding sources of financing, access to services and mentorship for developing business, through the provision of innovative services for the development of entrepreneurial skills among the target groups. Through the provided services and trainings from the Center for Development of Entrepreneurship will be ensured the opportunity for the target groups to be supported through the provision of innovative social, career, legal, economic and motivational services and trainings for ensuring conditions for quality existence and sustainable integration on the labor market, as well as increasing the number of the self-employment of unemployed and inactive persons, and for employed ones including youths up to 29 years. In the functioning Center for Development of the Entrepreneurship is planned to be ensured motivational support, services and trainings for min. 80 users. Main accent in the services provided is the needs, the abilities and the desires of the users. The Center for Development of Entrepreneurship will be managed by an expert team, formed of 8 people - manager, social worker-consultant, career consultant - two experts, lawyer-consultant- two experts, business-consultant- two experts. The implementation of the project activities will ensure the opportunity for the people from the target group to use diverse and targeted services and trainings, provided in the community, as thus will be increased the number of integrated on the labor market unemployed people, including young people at risk of social exclusion. The project realization will ensure the needed conditions for development of entrepreneurial skills among the included target groups and will provide sustainable and quality work places.
