Providing expert trainings, consultations and mentoring for unemployed, inactive and employed persons in the territory of Sofia-City region and Blagoevgrad region in order to support the starting up and management of their own business in a dynamic and competitive environment.

The present project proposal aims at stimulating, supporting and better preparing young people in the territory of South-West region for starting and development of their own business. In a broader context, the training is focused on the target group aim at self esteem enhancement, stimulating the responsibility and forming an entrepreneurial culture. As a direct result of the training, the project is contributing to the growth of the economy, creating of new job opportunities and increasing of self-employed persons, reducing the unemployment and consequently, increasing the competitiveness at all levels within the scope of the mentioned two districts and South West region. The training will provide support to the representatives of target group who will acquire basic and specific knowledge for management of sustainable business ventures, writing business plans based on their own ideas, as well as how to behave in a competitive manner in the highly dynamic business environment. The additional consultations, envisaged during the project, will help the trainees in solving business cases and for the practical training for startup activities. Providing an adequate training for starting and managing own business is essential for forming an entrepreneurial and innovation mindset. Despite the slower growth of the market economy of our country compared to the EU, in the past decade significantly has increased the importance of entrepreneurship training. It is also to be noted that the value system of the young people has changed visibly, as well as the conscious searching for ways for obtaining higher personal and financial achievements and independence. At the same time the need for adequate preparation of future intellectual entrepreneurs is also increasing for the need of the new economy, based on knowledge and innovation.
