Encouraging the launch of own business with young people - mentoring and consulting services for the young entrepreneurs.

During the project will be carried out activities directly aimed at the training and support of young people who aim to create and establish their own business in the desired field. The main activities to be carried out during the project are handing down the knowledge and experience of lecturers and mentors to young people, people who have just completed their education and willing to develop in the software industry. The target group is young people in need for fresh knowledge in the sphere and get a close look how to develop such a business and how to achieve confidence and willingness to take risks while creating new business. For this purpose, during realizing the project will be hired 4 people - experts in education and training - that will fulfill activities 1,2 and 3. In long-term, it is expected the young people to launch their own business in the marketing industry or to find work in the field. The aim of these training and mentoring sessions is to encourage and give knowledge and confidence to young people in Bulgaria to develop themselves into one of the fastest growing industries in the world and to make actual progress to the business situation in Bulgaria, and to develop confidence, knowledge about the foreign business models and useful business contacts and relations. This will also have an important social effect which will reduce unemployment and will encourage young people in Bulgaria to develop new and innovative products within their own country, which will lead to overall economic growth. The expected results will not only be improved knowledge of the young people in the field of entrepreneurship but also to get a whole set of knowledge and sense for launching a business. Another expected result is the creation of a friendly debatable and creative environment.
