ENTREPRENEURSHIP – A NEW LIFE PERSPECTIVE

Candidate: Ragina ltd; Partner: Ruse Industrial Association; Project target group are unemployed, inactive and working young people aged up to 29 years, with at least secondary education from the North Central Planning Region (NCPR) /regions Ruse, Razgrad, Silistra, Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo/. Beneficiaries: 144 persons from the project target group, minimum 70% of them are unemployed and inactive. General objective: Preparing unemployed, inactive and working young people up to 29 years from the NCPR /regions Ruse, Razgrad, Silistra, Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo/ for planning and starting up own business and self-employment through providing a complex of training, services, mentoring and support, including for finding appropriate financing sources for business development. Specific objectives: 1. Motivation and entrepreneurial competencies training for starting up and management of own business for 144 beneficiaries; 2. Providing consulting services, support and mentoring for 120 project beneficiaries for starting up own business, including guiding to applying for appropriate for the activity financial resources. Main activities, aimed at achieving the project objectives: all admissible and mandatory activities within the operation BG05M9OP001-1.023 “Support for entrepreneurship”. Indicators: for implementation: 144 young people up to 29 years /70% of them – unemployed and inactive/ from NCPR; for result: 45 beneficiaries – included in self-employment /who have registered enterprises or are self-employed/ at the end of the operation.
