Improving access to employment and quality of work places by providing support for entrepreneurship: Game changer

The need to be met by implementing the project proposal is related to the provision of up-to-date information activities on the opportunities for starting up business and raising awareness of the culture of entrepreneurship, incl. specific training to acquire business skills, entrepreneurial key competences and a way of thinking of the unemployed and the employed persons with an interest and desire to start business activity. Implementing the project proposal activities will contribute to the promotion of entrepreneurship as an opportunity to improve access to employment and the quality of jobs. The target group consists of unemployed and working people with specific characteristics and challenges in realizing their professional potential in the field of entrepreneurship and self-employment. The objectives of the project proposal are through the improvement of the awareness, provision of training and provision of counseling services to the persons of the target group to be contributed to the improvement of the knowledge and skills of the persons willing to start their own business, to get the necessary motivation and mentoring for them to take targeted actions and start independent economic activity. The expected results are raising awareness, knowledge and skills on entrepreneurship, as a result of which at least 50% of the persons who participated in the activities of the project proposal will be qualified and will be self-employed, which will provide quality and sustainable employment according to the contemporary needs of the market of labor. The main activities involved in the implementation of the project proposal are to inform and motivate persons from the target group by organizing and conducting events, providing specific trainings and consultancy services for preparation for independent economic activity.
