"Me, an entrepreneur?"

59% of Bulgarians have positive attitudes towards enterprise and are ready to start their own business, but the data show that only 34% of them are willing to become entrepreneurs. These results are interpreted as uncertainty and instability in supporting the idea of ​​a business, but also a lack of confidence and knowledge. The "I entrepreneur?" is aimed at overcoming this negative statistics and focusing on entrepreneurial values, thinking and feeling in order to encourage an approach to "see with my own eyes," not "told me that." They will be informed and motivated candidate entrepreneurs will learn to recognize their own potential and achieve change their way of thinking as "turning into an entrepreneur becomes enforceable." Within the project will be provided training to 80 individuals to acquire knowledge in entrepreneurship, business knowledge to develop a business idea and business plan, acquisition of knowledge management own business. Each candidate entrepreneurs will be provided consulting services for the preparation of independent economic activity, will be consulted on the development and assessment of the viability of the business idea, advice and mentoring to prepare the management of business operations and guidance to apply for financing. They will be provided the necessary actions in information and communication, organization and project management. The project will provide the necessary prerequisites to successful implementation of financial instruments under HRD OP by developing entrepreneurial skills of employed and unemployed, and through the development of quality business plans that individuals apply for funding. Providing consulting services help to promote sustainability of newly founded businesses. The project supports environmental policy and resource efficiency.
