Creating conditions for entrepreneurship development in Southeast Region

The Project Creating conditions for entrepreneurship development in Southeast Region has the overall goal to create favourable conditions and supporting the development of entrepreneurship and the encouragement of private business as a tool for the creation of new jobs and to improve the algorithm of functioning of the the Labor market in the region. The specific objectives are focused on: - informing and motivating 220 unemployed, inactive and working persons, wishing to develop their own business; - Granting of a complex approach of training and services to 162 unemployed, inactive or active young people up to 29 for acquisition of knowledge and skills needed to launch, management and development of a real business; - Providing support for the start of a real business and finding appropriate sources of finance, through access to services and mentoring to develop business for 108 representatives of the target group of the project. The project will be implemented in all areas of the territory of the South-East region - Burgas, Stara Zagora, Sliven and Yambol and is aimed at individuals wishing to establish private business, including the unemployed, inactive or active. young people up to 29. Of the total number of persons of that 220 target group involved in the project, it provides not less than 65% to be unemployed and/or inactive and/or unemployed young people up to the age of 29. The project will also include 77 employees. The activities to be implemented in the targeted areas to achieve the objectives set, includes: 1. Informing and motivating the development of private business and entrepreneurship; 2. Provision of training related to the development of entrepreneurial, managerial and business knowledge and skills and the development of business ideas and business plans for the management of private business (specialised courses); 3. provision of advisory services for the preparation of private business activities, and activities to support.
