BASRP to support entrepreneurship - South-West

This project proposal will be implemented in the Southwest Region: Sofia City and Sofia District. With its implementation will increase the number of employed, including self by creating the right environment for entrepreneurship. This will provide advice, specialized training and information on funding sources. Initially, we will organize meetings and initiatives to raise awareness of the opportunities for developing their own business. Through provided guidance and counseling, participation will be more motivated to start their own business and will be easier to determine which business is best suited for them. The result will be selected 70 people from the region who will be involved in other project activities. 70% of the selected persons will be unemployed and / or inactive, and the remaining 30% working. Also, 35 people will be aged 29 years. In line with the focus of priority axes to procedure "Support to Entrepreneurship" will be included specific groups more difficult and rarely start entrepreneurial activity by women, young people, older people, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed . At the next stage with the help of three trainers will conduct training for the development of entrepreneurial, managerial and business knowledge and skills of individuals. Trainees will learn basic business strategies, how to prepare a feasible plan, methods of management, forecasting and more. Then, seven business consultants will conduct individual consultations of each person on the submitted business ideas and suggest solutions and guidelines for implementation of their business plans. The project results will be more noticeable with age as BASDE will assist entrepreneurs and after the project. Thanks to start-ups will increase the number of jobs and we can see the positive effect on the economy, entrepreneurship and employment in the area.
