Development of entrepreneurial capacity in Southwestern Bulgaria

Project "Development of entrepreneurial capacity in Southwestern Bulgaria" aims to enhance the capacity, knowledge and skills of persons from the target group in order to promote entrepreneurship and private business. Specific objectives are: 1) To organize and conduct 4 one-day information campaigns (seminars) to inform and motivate the target group, to start and develop own business and entrepreneurship; 2) To increase the capacity, knowledge and skills of 160 people, representatives of the target group, by organizing and conducting 6 specialized trainings for the development of entrepreneurial, management and business knowledge and skills; 3) To promote the principles of lifelong learning as a means of enhancing the competitiveness of human resources; 4) To provide consultancy and mentoring services to the target groups for registration, start-up and management of own economic activity; 5) To encourage the start-up of own business among target group representatives by providing a set of services for the development of entrepreneurial skills and knowledge - from generating an idea to its realization. The project will be implemented for a period of 15 months and includes activities for informing and motivating, organizing and conducting of trainings and consultancy and mentoring services. All of the activities will be implemented on the territory of the following cities: Sofia, Pernik. Blagoevgrad and Kyustendil.
