The Challenges of Entrepreneurship - Opportunity for Independent Economic Activity, Financial Independence and Self-Improvement

Entrepreneurship is a dynamic process where people are constantly discovering economic opportunities and acting to develop, produce, sell goods and services. This process requires self-confidence, risk-taking, and personal responsibility. In the context of a dynamic economic environment, changes, opportunities for innovation and an innovative development process should be sought. By fostering entrepreneurial skills, appropriate modular trainings and the build-up of competences to manage their own businesses, at least 100 unemployed / inactive or employed in the IED will be supported by employment, social inclusion and entrepreneurship. An information campaign will be launched to attract the attention of young unemployed and to provide direct access to information to everyone interested by creating a mobile information center in 4 district cities. Various measures will be taken to spread the opportunities for starting up your own business, relying mainly on personal meetings with specialists. In parallel with the information campaign, modular trainings will be launched for at least 12 groups of 8-9 representatives of the two target groups - unemployed / inactive or employed, with each topic contributing to the gradual preparation of individuals for self-employment in the real economic environment. The training will include motivational and interactive components to encourage and empower learners. The third phase of the initiative will start logically related to the training modules and a selected set of individual and group consultations to help the initial start of a business idea. There will be appointed tutors and consultants with experience on the individual business lines, teaching and support materials for the persons will be hired in the halls with presentation equipment. During the implementation of each of the activities will be promoted the contribution of the EU and ESF and an organization and management team will monitor the progress of the project.
