Parents in employment

The “Parents in Employment” project aims to ensure better reconciliation of professional and private life for parents. Through the planned project activities, parents of children between 0 and 12 years old will have the opportunity not only to continue their career development but also to provide safe and quality care for their children. These actions will contribute to better combining the professional and family responsibilities of parents and in practice will make the labor market more accessible for them. In addition, the project will help parents who are unabled to start work because of thecare for their child / children. This will ensure an equal access to employment and workplaces. Priority will be given to single parents, large families, family members with social assistance and other vulnerable groups. On the other hand, the project also provides employment opportunities and facilitates the inclusion of unemployed and inactive people in the labor market who will be hired as child caregivers. The project implementation includes the following activities: • Collecting applications from parents of a child / children from 0 to 12 years old; • Ensuring labor mediation for unemployed parents with a child / children; • Selection of unemployed / inactive persons to determine their employment opportunities related to the care of children from 0 to 12 years old; • Organization of meetings for approval of the unemployed / inactive persons by the parents for the care of their child / children; • Provision of care for children from 0 to 5 years not attending, kindergarten and pre-school groups for employed and unemployed parents; • Methodological support in relation to raising the child / children; • Information and communication; • Organization and management of the project. • Provision of care for children from 0 to 12 years attending, kindergarten and pre-school groups for employed and unemployed parents;
