Improving access to employment and job quality in Assarel - trans Ltd

Assarel-trans Ltd. has a wealth of experience, but given the dynamics of life and the lack of qualified staff, it is necessary to train its employees. At present, there are no specialized schools in the area to prepare the necessary staff to secure our activity. It is extremely important for our staff to upgrade their qualifications to meet the high professional standards and high level of service in fulfilling their core duties, employees to develop their personal and professional knowledge, skills and abilities through: training to acquire professional qualifications and key competencies. With the present project proposal, Assarel-trance Ltd. will train its employees on activity 1: for part of a second degree qualification, with a duration of not less than 300 school hours - a mechanic of transport equipment - specialty "Automotive transport equipment" - 20 persons; Activity 2 - Key Competence KC 4 - Digital Competence - Min.45 school hours - for 15 persons and key competency KC 7 - initiative and entrepreneurship - min.30 school hours - for 10 persons. It is also envisaged to develop and implement training systems by: introducing self-learning systems and introducing an in-house training system. The training will not be in a distant form and one person will only be involved in one vocational training and / or key competency training. The implementation of the project will increase the quality of life of participants by encouraging their successful realization, which means better income, higher quality of life. Its aim is to increase the ability of employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change, aging. As a result, their skills will be improved in line with the company's current needs , will increase the productivity of their work , create conditions for sustainable employment.
