"IMPROVED SKILLS FOR BETTER JOBS IN "BiS STYLE Ltd."

The overall objective of the project is to increase the ability of employees with secondary and lower education in the company to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of globalization and technological changes. The specific objective of the project is to increase the professional qualification and key competencies of 10 employees with secondary and lower education in line with the needs of "BiS STYLE", thus creating conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs. Within the framework of the project, 10 persons from the target group will undergo training for acquiring professional qualification in the profession "Modeling - clothing technologist", specialisation "Design, modeling and technology of textile apparel" and training in Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages - English". All individuals will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills from an external provider whose training programs will be tailored to the employer's requirements. The project provides information and communication activities tailored to the requirements of the Beneficiary's Unified Guide to Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules 2014-2020, published on the MA and LAG website.
