The purpose of this project is to satisfy the need to improve the working conditions, encourage the geographical mobility of the workforce, prevention of work-related risk at a nursing home Residence “Detelina”, Podgorie village, Kostenets municipality. The implementation of the project will provide the opportunity to upgrade the quality of the new work places by accomplishing planned events related to the comfort, safety and health of the employees of the nursing home. Residence “Detelina” is property of “BELFORT-DETELINA” Ltd , candidate of the current procedure. In the nursing home there are 13 persons that are hired for full-time job. The target group of the project covers all persons employed in the company, which are 13, 6 of whom are people over the age of 54. Aim of the project: improving the work environment in the home for elderly people "Detelina Residence", Podgorie village, Kostenets Municipality by improving the quality of workplaces and ensuring good and safe working conditions for the employed. Expected results: provided comfortable and safe working conditions; increased security and organization at work; improved quality of the workplaces and as a result - increased satisfaction and sustainability of the team; reduced migration of qualified employees and increased competitiveness of the company. Activities: 1. Establishment of a human resource development system focusing on extending the working life of employees over 54 years of age; 2. Providing organized transport from the employer to and from the workplace for employees for up to 12 months; 3. Providing safe and healthy working conditions by providing means of collective protection and special work clothes; 4. Providing social benefits to employees by equipping a resting place; 5. Information, communication, organization and project management activities.
