The project envisages providing a safe and healthy work environment in Arango EOOD, improving the social and household service of the employees and improving the human resource management system. This will be achieved through several key activities affecting all 22 people working in the company and identified as a target group. The activity to improve working conditions in Arango EOOD is to improve the microclimate in the company by purchasing air conditioners to provide lower temperature amplitudes, low dustiness at low noise levels. In order to protect the environment, low electricity consumption and carbon footprint, energy-efficient air conditioners of the highest class will be provided. The project will also differentiate and equip 2 premises for short-term rest and meals in the 2 individual premises of the applicant, as well as a room for sport that will be used by all employees of the company in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the costs. The mandatory project management and organization activities are planned to be carried out and publicity provided in accordance with the guidelines and the Beneficiary's Unified Guide to Visualization 2014-2020.
