Improving the working environment in "Kentavar" Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions for employees

The company Kentavar Ltd. has a long experience in the logging and woodworking sector. He is mainly engaged in logging, processing and transportation of timber. The main activity is 16.10 "Cutting, planing and impregnation of wood". The company has established its name as a fair partner, but also as a loyal employer seeking to improve the quality and working conditions of the workplaces. The company's goal is to support active labor market behavior, provide better, healthier and safer work and income conditions to improve quality and productivity at work, and increase investment in human capital. The current project aims to create a better working environment and quality working conditions for Kentavar employees and priority target groups - people with disabilities and people over 54. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the objectives of OPHRD - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The project envisages the following activities: - Providing organized own transport from the employer to and from the workplace for a period of 12 months; - Provision of means of collective protection, including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or securing of existing sites, technological processes, machines and equipment; - Purchase of Personal protective equipment and special workwear; - Ensuring social benefits for Kentavar employees. The following results will be achieved with the implementation of the project activities: - ensuring the implementation of the project; - providing the necessary personal protective equipment and specialized work clothes to the project target group; - improving working conditions and improving the occupational and health care of employees and workers.
