Improving the working environment in „Shans -75-80“ Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions.

The overall objective of the project is to improve the working environment of „Shans 75-80“ Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions. It is focused on addressing and solving the needs and problems of the company's employees in connection with: providing mobility; introduction of a system for human resources development, flexible forms of employment and improving the organization of labor in the enterprise to increase productivity and protect the environment; providing leisure and sport premises, equipment, PPE for the staff. The specific objectives of the project are as follows: 1. Providing transportation of 3 employees of „Shans-75-80“ Ltd. to the workplace - for a period of 12 months. 2. To develop, adapt and implement a system to develop human resources, model to extend the working life of older employees and innovative model for the organization of labor in the enterprise, aimed at increasing productivity and environmental protection. 3. To provide a safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees. 4. To provide social benefits for workers by renovation and equipment of leisure and dining premises. The following activities are envisaged to meet the project objectives: 1. Provision of transport for the 4 employees of „Shans 75-80“ Ltd. to the workplace for a period of 12 months. 2. Development, adaptation and introduction of a system to develop human resources, model to extend the working life of older employees and innovative model for the organization of labor in the enterprise, aimed at increasing productivity and environmental protection. 3. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions, improvement of the professional and health status of employees. 4. Providing benefits for workers by renovation and equipment of leisure and dining premises.
