Bulcore Ltd. is established in 2006. Its main activity is production of paper coils with wide range of use. The main activity is 17.29 "Manufacture of other articles of paper and paperboard", which is the subject of this project. In order to maintain its competitiveness in the market and strengthen its position, the company invests in its material bases and takes care of its personnel responsible for the implementation of the specialized activity. The company has established its name as a fair partner, but also as a loyal employer seeking to improve the quality and working conditions of the workplaces. The company's goal is to support active labor market behavior, provide better, healthier and safer work and income conditions to improve quality and productivity at work, and increase investment in human capital. The present project aims at creating a better working environment and quality working conditions for the employed in Bulcore Ltd. The objectives set by this project are fully in line with the objectives of OP “Human Resources Development” - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, promotion of services and strengthening social inclusion. The project includes the following activities: - Providing means of collective protection including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or fencing of facilities, processes, machinery and equipment; -Purchase of Personal protective equipment and special clothing; -Forming a team for organization and management of project development; -Information and publicity.
