Better and safety working conditions in GETI Ltd

The present project proposal aims to improve the working environment and the quality of the workplaces in GETI Ltd. - a micro enterprise with an address in Kostenets, operating in the field of accounting services. The project proposal aims to increase sustainable employment in the enterprise, promote flexible forms of employment and environmental development and resource efficiency, which will lead to an increase in the productivity of the enterprise. The objectives of the project proposal will be achieved by ensuring good and safe working conditions for 5 employees in the company by providing collective means of protection and provision of social benefits for the employees, introducing effective and flexible forms of work organization, introducing a new organizational model and human resource management system. A major focus will be on addressing the problems of older workers in the enterprise (over 54), people with disabilities, working women with young children, and environmental and resource efficiency through green skills and green jobs. The main and specific objectives of the project proposal are in full compliance with Specific Objective 1.3: "Improving the working environment in enterprises" of Priority 1: "Support for entrepreneurship" by the Faculty of Forestry and Forestry in Kostenets 2010 and investment priority 7 "Adaptation of workers, entrepreneurs to change "and will contribute to the achievement of specific objective 1" Increasing the number of people employed in enterprises with introduced new systems, practices and tools for the development of human resources and improvement of the organization and working conditions "of the OP Human Resources Development 2014-2020. The project will be implemented in strict compliance with the three horizontal principles: equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
