Support for training and employment of persons from vulnerable groups in the municipality of Ardino

This project by The Strategy of CLLD "LAG Ardino - Dzhebel" through Grant Award Procedure №BG05M9OP001-1.029 "Training and Employment on the territory of the Ardino-Dzhebel LAG" contributes to two of the objectives of the strategy of the EU 2020. These are the objectives in the field of employment and the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The approach of the CLLD through the Human Resources Development (HRD OP) Operational Program helps to increase employment and mobilize the available local growth potential and improve the quality of life of the population in the territories covered. Measures are provided for training and providing subsidized employment for the unemployed with a commitment to maintain the workplace after the subsidized period. The main activities are: • Providing training to acquire knowledge and skills for professional qualification; • Ensure employment / employment / after training for professional qualification. The project proposal is aimed at the disadvantaged unemployed in the labor market on the territory of Ardino Municipality. Through the implementation of the envisaged activities part of the existing acute problems related to the unemployment and employment of the vulnerable groups in the municipality will be solved. As a result, the project will make it easier to hire unemployed people who will get a new job opportunity, new professional knowledge and skills, and the acquisition of professional qualifications. The accumulated valuable professional experience and employment opportunity of the unemployed will help to make them more successful in the labor market in the long run.
